Essential Responsibilities:
Initiates and builds relationships with customers by providing information about our services
Promotes services and secures sales via phone, email and other channels
Receives high volume of inbound phone calls for estimates and appointments
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and step-by-step process
Uses dispatch system to retrieve and distribute customer information to the technicians
Schedules service appointments and delivers a great customer experience
Identifies upsell opportunities with new and existing customers
Must be able to work in a high-paced environment, stay organized and multitask
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Phone sales / customer service experience preferred, but not required
