This position will report to the Region Sales & Operations Manager. Will be responsible for sales activities & productivity regionally, driving company efforts to position itself as a visionary leader while achieving revenue goals.
Job Description:
Assist in developing sales strategies for the region
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and providing feedback to the company leadership team
Deliver profitable growth while exceeding customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
Working closely with the Region Sales & Operations Manager as well as the Marketing/PR Manager on all sales and marketing ideas
Going in at the corporate level to open accounts and develop key relationships with; Dealerships, Tire Shops, Body Shops, Insurance Companies, etc…
Travel for in person meetings with customers and partners
Coordinate with Marketing/PR Dept. for all vendor/trade show appearances, car shows and various other events
Utilize the company’s Sales management Platform (SMP) on a daily basis for scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles
Open new / re-ignited commercial accounts throughout the region
Set up demos, complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with key decision makers
Set up meetings with decision makers and owners at various commercial accounts
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
Maintain a thorough knowledge of RGX services and pricing structure
Meet or exceed new business sales goals
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly
Handle customer complaints and concerns with the extreme professionalism
Involved in community activities; local Chamber of Commerce, Networking Events, etc…

Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong, lasting relationships quickly
Flexible schedule as some weekend work will be required for events
Proficient in Computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Strong organizational & planning skills
Ability to travel 80%+ (Some Overnight Travel)
Dependable transportation
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License & Insurance
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but is not required
