Job Summary: Shop / Inside Sales Manager works one-on-one with our clients to make sure there service visit is exceptional. Check-in, update, and check out customer while providing knowledge and respect to the customer. A service advisor will be the liaison between the customer and the technician.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers at the door when they arrive at the shop.
Gather all information and verify customers concerns, through a check on the drive or test drive.
Provide customers with in-depth information
Collect the proper documentation
Answer questions about the service, with technician notes if needed.
Call customers to update them on the status of their service or to let them know when their vehicle will be ready for pick-up.
Qualifications:
Ability to respectfully communicate with customers
Multi-task
Strong organization skills
Works well in a team, but has the ability to work individual with minimal management
